I graduated from IFEC Toulouse (Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropratique), a Chiropractic college in South of France. I returned back to my hometown and worked as a chiropractor associate for two years.
Traveling has always been my passion and hence my reason for coming to the UK. Because I like challenges, I seize the opportunity to develop my practice and settle in England.
I have broadened my chiropractic education by attending additional training to help me treat a wide variety of cases. This includes: Applied Kinesiology (AK), Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Neurological Organisation Technique (NOT), treatment of pregnant women and children.
I was attracted to Chiropractic because of its manual approach, effective and safe. It gives to anybody an alternative healthcare solution, without the use of drugs or any invasive treatment. My interest in sports and seeing the benefits it offers to sports injuries also added my interest to pursue Chiropractic as a carrier.
Whilst studying in France I was an on-call firefighter (ambulance and fire) for 8 years and participated in a mission trip in Burkina-Faso (Africa) during my last clinical year at college. Now I have joined the British Red Cross as a first aid volunteer as I very much like to participate in society and helping people.
In my spare time I like spending time with my family and friends, keeping fit, doing outdoors activities (like hiking, slack lining, water-sports..) and cooking.
I am very pleased to be working at Alchemy, a well established multidisciplinary clinic where I will be delighted to offer you Chiropractic care.

"Dr Lea Poncet DC has been very thorough in finding out what the problems with my shoulders are. This including arranging for a scan.
With the result of the scan and her diagnosis Lea gave me some exercises to do, this she supported with some diagrams and the result has been a big improvement in my shoulders. Throughout Lea has been kind, attentive and supportive. A Big Thank You"
