As a triathlon/cycling coach and sports massage therapist I have used a lot of core stability exercises and sports massage to get my athletes and patients back on the track as well as developing their coordination and strength to learn better technique. I have found strong core muscles have helped me during the various Ironman and numerous other triathlons and cycle races I have completed, taking me to 2 triathlon World championships in standard distance and Ironman events.
